The token

$CRAB feeds the crabs.

$CRAB is the token of Crab Market. Every trade pays a fee, and a fixed share of that fee fills the hourly pot that pays the crabs. It is also the only thing that wakes a crab or levels up its shell, and every token used that way is burned for good.

The honest part: the loop only turns if people trade. No trading means no fee, no pot and no pay that hour. Burning makes the supply smaller. It does not promise a higher price.

Why trade it

$CRAB is for using, not for sitting on.

Three reasons people will need it, all about use and none about price. Then three reasons to think twice. You should hear both before the token exists, not after.

Use 1

Every crab arrives asleep

All 2,222 crabs start asleep, and a sleeping crab earns nothing. The only way to wake one is to burn $CRAB. A crab that is sold or moved goes back to sleep, and the new owner has to wake it again. Whether the shell level survives a sale is not decided yet. The $CRAB you burned never comes back.

Use 2

5 levels, each a bigger burn

Each level gives a crab a bigger share of every hourly pot, and each one costs more $CRAB than the last. Burned tokens do not go to the team and are not recycled. They are gone for good.

Use 3

Every trade feeds the crabs

Each buy and each sell pays the fee that fills the pot, whoever makes the trade. A busy market means a bigger tide. You can watch it happen on the chain, hour by hour.

Think twice

Holding it pays nothing

Only awake crabs get paid. $CRAB sitting in your wallet earns no stocks and no dollars. It is fuel, not a savings account.

Think twice

Every trade costs a fee

The fee that fills the pot comes out of your trade. Trading in and out many times costs you money each time.

Think twice

The price can fall

It can fall a lot, and it can go to zero. A burn cannot be undone. Only use money you can afford to lose.

The burn ladder

One wake. 5 levels. Every step is a burn.

Each level gives the crab a bigger share of every hourly pot and a bigger island. The level shows on the NFT picture itself.

Swipe sideways to climb the ladder.

Not set yet. The exact burn for each step and the share each level gets will be set before launch and published here and in the docs. We will not guess them for you.

Where the supply goes

There will only ever be 1,000,000,000. Crabs eat them.

No more $CRAB can ever be made. Every wake and every level destroys some. Move the sliders to decide how far the crabs climb, and watch how much is gone for good.

Burned for good00% of all the $CRAB that will ever exist

Each square is 1% of the supply. Coral squares are burned.

What this is, and is not. It is arithmetic on the burn ladder above. It is not a prediction of how many crabs will wake, and a smaller supply does not promise a higher price.

Pay simulator

What could one crab get?

Change any number and watch the pay move. This is an illustration, not a forecast. Nobody knows what the real trading volume will be.

Awake crabs at each level example

Share weight of each level example

A crab with weight 3 gets three times the pay of a crab with weight 1. The real weights are set before launch.

Your crab's level
One crab at this level gets about$0.00an hour, which is $0.00 a day
Fees collected per day
$0
Into the pot per day
$0
The pot each hour
$0
Awake crabs sharing it
0

Read this before you screenshot it. Every number marked "example" is made up so the sliders have somewhere to start. Pay is handed out as tokenised stocks and USDG (digital dollars), shown here in dollars before swap costs. If volume is zero, pay is zero. If more crabs wake up, each one gets a smaller slice of the same pot.

Where to buy

$CRAB is not live.

There is no $CRAB token today. Any token using this name right now is fake.

When it launches it will launch on Pons, on Robinhood Chain. The contract address and the buy button will appear in this box, on this site, and nowhere else first. Do not trust an address from a reply, a DM or a chat group.

Launch day checklist

Be ready, and do not get fooled.

Before

What to have ready

  • A wallet that works on Robinhood Chain.
  • Some ETH on that chain, for the buy and the network fee.
  • This page saved as a bookmark, so you never have to search for it.
On the day

How to spot the real one

  • The address shows up in the box above. Nowhere else first.
  • It launches on Pons, on Robinhood Chain. Any other launchpad or chain is a fake.
  • Check the address letter by letter against this page before you sign.
Always

What we will never do

  • We never send you the address in a DM, a reply or a chat group.
  • We never ask for your seed phrase or for a "wallet check".
  • We never ask you to send ETH to a person. You buy on Pons, from your own wallet.

The race to wake. The pot fills from the very first trade, even while every crab is still asleep, and it carries over from hour to hour. So the first crabs to wake split the first tide between them.

The address appears on this page the minute the token is live. Until then the box above stays yellow, and anything for sale under this name is fake.

Questions

Short answers about $CRAB.

Do I get paid for holding $CRAB?

No. Only awake crabs get paid. The token is what you burn to wake a crab and to level it up.

Do I need $CRAB to mint a crab?

No. The mint costs 0.0022 ETH. You need $CRAB afterwards, to wake the crab.

Do I need a crab to trade $CRAB?

No. Anyone can trade it once it is live. Every trade feeds the pot, whoever makes it.

Where does the rest of the fee go?

To the team and to the launchpad. The split is fixed in the contract and anyone can read it.

What happens to burned tokens?

They are destroyed. They do not go to the team, to a treasury or back into the pot. The supply gets smaller by that amount, for good.

What if nobody trades?

Then the pot is empty and that hour pays nothing. Pay rises and falls with trading volume, and it can be zero.

Can the pot stop filling?

Yes, in two ways. If nobody trades, there is no fee. And the token launches on Pons, whose owner has some powers over where a creator's fee is sent. The risks section of the docs explains this in full.

Will the price go up because of the burns?

Nobody can promise that, and we do not. Burns make the supply smaller. The price is set by buyers and sellers, and it can fall.

The crabs come first.
